preferred method of communication is by e-mail in that it will provide
a written, recorded, accurate, verifiable communication that
will save time and money by avoiding errors in the communication
of information such as name, address, zip code, e-mail address,
telephone numbers, product information and delivery information.

To place your order: Your order should be placed on line through our shopping cart.......
Please do not call us to place your order, our credit card processor does
not allow us to enter credit card information to them by telephone for security
reasons. Your credit card order can only be placed on line.
To request information: Please request information by product name, description and
part number to avoid rejection by our spam eliminator. E-mail with out the subject of
the e-mail provided by the sender will not be read. if you need a answer right away
send a e-mail...Information request by phone will be to a voice mail box and could take
up to 72 hours for a return call. Cell phone callers beware, cell phone voice messages
frequently break up and are not audible or complete and cannot be responded to when
we cannot make out the message. If the return call number is not complete we cannot
return the call. If the caller does not state the purpose of the call the call will not be
returned. Send e-mail from here.
To request a next day air shipment: To request a next day air shipment you must first
e-mail us to check stock. If the item is in stock we will notify you to place your order
on line and select the
next day air shipment option and pay by credit card. We do
not ship FedEx at this time and our next day air shipping does have a handling charge
included. Please do not send us or call in your FedEx number.

Our return, refunds and warranty policy
Products found to be defective
in materials or workmanship within 10 days of your receipt will
be replaced at no cost to you upon our inspection of returned
product. Stock items may be returned if returned in the original
container, original condition and done so with our written permission
(e-mail will work
for this) if we are notified in writing
within 10 days of your receipt of goods. No return can be made
with out our written authorization. We will refund the full purchase
price less shipping cost and a 20% restocking charge on authorized
stock items returned. Items requiring a quoted price or take
longer than 7 days to ship are not stock items and cannot be
returned unless found to be defective within 10 days of receipt.
We do not refund shipping costs unless product is defective.
To protect your right to a refund, replacement or return please
request a free sample of the product you are purchasing. Any
product that cannot be priced from our web pages will be considered
a special order and cannot be returned. Large quantity purchases
and custom items cannot be returned. The correct size of inserted
materials in our products should be determined by you from a
sample you request. You should test the product b/4 you purchase
it from us to determine if it will do what you need it to do.
